Do I have to pay to use MEPON?
I found an equipment I want, what do I do now?
That is great!
You are literally one or two clicks away from renting, leasing and/or purchasing it. Simply:
- Click on the equipment to view it.
- Click on ‘Product Enquiry’ to fill out the enquiry form.
State your full name, email address, and provide details of the specification of the equipment you want and when you need it. - Click to Submit and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
How are the businesses approved?

Vendors
How do customers use my services?
When a customer (s) needs your services, they can contact you using the contact information you provided at the point of registration. We recommend being very responsive to all Product enquiries and/or bookings as this will be reflected in the reviews/ratings and recommendations on your service.
What does it cost to list my Equipment?
Once you are registered and have undergone the subsequent screening process successfully, you can upload and/or list your products/equipment. All listing options available, will be provided to you upon successful registration.
Can I change my prices after a customer has called or booked an equipment?
As a registered vendor, you must provide guaranteed prices for every equipment/products you upload/list. We advise that you specify a cost range for the rental, lease and/or sale for each equipment/product you list. Any further cost breakdown and/or discount for the equipment/product you list, can be communicated, and agreed upon between you and your customers.
What happens if I get an unfair or negative review from an issue that occurred?
If and when we find a negative review, rating and/or recommendation from a customer(s), we will contact both the business/vendor and the customer to work out and resolve all issues leading to the negative review, rating and or recommendation. This we will do, ensuring that all parties involved reach a satisfactory resolution.
Does it cost me anything to advertise and list my equipment?
Can I cancel anytime?
Do I have to sign any contracts?
Yes. For any equipment/product to be sold, rented and/or leased, there may be a service agreement to be executed.
How do I list my equipment, product, or facility?
Upon successful registration and screening, please follow these steps:
- Log in to view your dashboard and update your profile.
- Click to upload or list a product.
- Provide relevant details: Name, type, specification, and all other information for each product listed.
- Click the product listed to go live.

What if I decide to change my prices or information?
- Vendor/Businesses are allowed to update change their information provided, upon approval via email by our team. This is to ensure that the vendors/businesses are genuine and ready to keep on using our platform for purely business purposes, i.e., Asset Monetization.
- Vendors/Businesses can change the prices of products/equipment listed, at any time. The process is very easy. Kindly send an email to info@meponequipment.com, stating your business name, the listing, and the reasons for the edits/changes you want.
